NCA Manager

Assignments & Case Officer Mode

Case Officer functionality is retained and can be enabled when NCA is ready to use it.
Current demo mode: Manager OnlyWhen Case Officers are off, all cases remain available to the Manager, who can route, investigate, update status, communicate and close cases without assignment.

Case Handling Mode ?

All NCA cases go directly to the Manager Queue. Assignment is optional and not required for any case action.
Prototype control for client validation. In production, permission to change this setting will be restricted to authorized administrative users.

Case Handling

The Manager can work these cases directly in either mode.
